The funeral escort division will need to know:
• The name of the Deceased
• The date of the service
• The time escorts should arrive at the service
• The name of the Church, Chapel or Cemetery and the address of the service
• How many escorts will be required (rule of thumb is one escort for every 15 cars)
• We supply 3 escorts. If you plan to have over 60 cars, 1 additional escort will be required for every 15 cars.
• Which additional services will be required
• Your name, phone number, and fax number
